Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the eBiz CRM platform operated by eBiz CRM ("we", "us", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the eBiz CRM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including company administrators, managers, and staff members who access the Service under a registered account.
2. Description of Service
eBiz CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for business consultancy firms in the United Arab Emirates. The Service includes modules for lead management, license processing, visa tracking, HR, accounts, and reporting. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at admin@ebizcrm.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Each user account is personal and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at sign-up. All fees are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of VAT. Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension of access. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable UAE law.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) transmit malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive data; (e) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; or (f) use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to eBiz CRM. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with your subscription. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBiz CRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period by providing written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we may delete your Customer Data in accordance with our data retention policy.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
